We all have those last 5 minutes in the closet, staring at the mirror and unsure whether our outfit is good enough for the occasion, even though it was probably a day out with your closest friends. Here is a check list to make sure you still look great but appropriate for that casual day out.
Basics
- V-neck loose shirt
- cute blouse
- loose tank top
- skinny jeans
- black leggings
Tip: These items would help you look not too over the top, and tone down the entire outfit. Try to avoid t-shirts with big cartoons or pictures splattered all over, especially those t-shirts with the brand name printed on top which is so huge it make people walking past you dizzy (example: armani exchange shirts). Those are mostly considered tacky and it would make you seem like you are insecure (but of course nobody's stopping you).

- white oversized men's button-on shirt
- fedora hat
- beanie
Tip: without these items, your entire ensemble would not look as good. I would say these items would make or break your look so its best to choose the color and the cut and what fits your outfit perfectly wisely.
Shoes
- ankle boots
- knee high boots
- wedged heels
- ballet flats
- gladiator sandals
Tip: you'll have to oomph the whole look with awesome shoes, but also feel comfortable in them.
Accessory
- your everyday bag
- a cute necklace
- aviator sunglasses
- wayfarers
Tip: Finish your ensemble with accessories that ensure everything looks You.
