Miranda May Kerr, born in Australia on the 20th of April 1983, is best known as one of the Victoria's Secret Angels and for dating actor Orlando Bloom. During her childhood, she claimed that she was a tomboy, often raced motorbikes and rode horses on her grandmother's farm. She majored in nutrition, and decided to pursue modeling. She entered and won a Dolly Magazine Modeling competition at the age of 13, and started doing photo shoots at the age of 14. In 2003, she signed on with the Madison Agency in Paris, and signed on with Next Model Agency in early 2004 once in New York. In 2007, she was offered a contract with Victoria's Secret which made her increasingly famous and popular as she was the first Australian Victoria's Secret Angel. She is one of my most admired and favorite model in the fashion industry today.
